1. All UML should be done in Microsoft Visio.
Note: I think if you create a class and add methods in Microsoft 
Visual Studio, you can reverse engineer back into Visio. This might
 be one way to approach it. This will save you alot of time.

2. All methods and classes should have documentation.
 
  a. The proper way to document classes and methods is to use ///. 
The three slashes will automatically create a comment block for you. 
You just need to fill in the appropriate info. It should have 
parameter names, return values and a description of the class/method. 
 
  b. variables should also be commented.
